Hi, I'm Gary:

I have a Certified General Appraiser license in the state of Minnesota. This license allows me to appraise all real estate properties in Minnesota. I am also a licensed Real Estate Broker in Minnesota and am a primary broker for Spillman Realty LLC. 

As a Certified General Appraiser, I appraise farm properties, residential properties and commercial properties. My background in farming supports my knowledge of most agricultural operations, and my  knowledge of the industry gives me an advantage in rural areas.   I have appraised farms in most locations south of the Twin Cities metro to the Iowa border. My commercial experience has been developed working with  commercial properties in Minneapolis and outlying areas south of the Twin Cities. 

My residential property appraisal and residential real estate sales areas includes Dodge County, Goodhue County, Olmsted County, Steele County, Rice County and Southern Dakota County. 

My commercial appraisal work experience has been developed in the Twin Cities markets, appraising industrial properties, multi-tenant retail properties, apartment buildings and warehouse facilities.  

I am also an experienced Real Estate Broker and Realtor ​who knows the area well and how to match both you and your lifestyle to an appropriate neighborhood that's within your price range. I know this is a big investment for you and I want you to be happy with your new home.

I am a member of a number of groups, including: the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers; Practicing Affiliate Appraisal Institute; National Association of Realtors; the Minnesota Association of Realtors; SEMAR Association of Realtors; and the St. Paul Association of Realtors.
